# meshFlow End User License Agreement (EULA)

**NOTICE: THIS SOFTWARE IS DESIGNED FOR DECENTRALIZED, TACTICAL, AND AIR-GAPPED ENVIRONMENTS. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.**

## 1. License Tiers
*   **Non-Commercial License:** Free for individuals using the Software for personal, hobbyist, or educational purposes.
*   **Commercial License:** Required for any business, government, or revenue-generating entity. This is an **Annual Flat-Rate License** per entity.
*   **No Seat/Node Limits:** A valid Commercial License grants the entity the right to deploy an unlimited number of meshFlow nodes and instances across their organization.
*   **Renewal:** The license must be renewed annually to maintain legal authorization for use.

## 2. Data Sovereignty & No-Telemetry Guarantee
*   **Zero Phone-Home:** The Software is designed to be fully functional in air-gapped and RF-denied environments. It contains no telemetry, no auto-update pings, and no remote license validation.
*   **Local Control:** All control plane data and metadata remain strictly within the user’s local network. Licensor does not collect, store, or transmit any user traffic or metadata.

## 3. Operational Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk
*   **Tactical Suitability:** meshFlow is built for high-stakes, tactical environments. However, the User holds sole responsibility for determining if the Software is reliable enough for their specific mission-critical or life-safety requirements.
*   **Assumption of Risk:** The User acknowledges that mesh networking (MANET) is inherently volatile. By deploying this Software in combat, emergency response, or life-safety scenarios, the User voluntarily assumes all operational risks.
*   **Indemnification:** The User agrees to hold the Licensor harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the Software in the field, including those arising from network failure or data loss.

## 4. Restrictions
*   **No Reverse Engineering:** You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code from the Software binaries.
*   **Non-Transferable:** Licenses are granted to the purchasing entity and may not be resold or sub-licensed to third parties without written consent.
*   **Ownership:** Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the meshFlow logic, architecture, and binaries.

## 5. Export Control (EAR99)
*   **Classification:** This software is classified as **EAR99**.
*   **Compliance:** The User is responsible for complying with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations. The Software may not be exported to embargoed nations or prohibited entities on the BIS Entity List.

## 6. Feedback & Development
Users are encouraged to drive feature development. By providing technical feedback or feature requests, you grant the Licensor a perpetual, royalty-free right to incorporate those improvements into the Software for the benefit of all users.
