Effective Date: August 30, 2026 Last Updated: August 30, 2026 Publisher: Total Overwatch Productions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) Application: MeshFlow (com.meshflow.app) Contact Email: info@totaloverwatchproductions.com

By installing or using MeshFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What MeshFlow Is

MeshFlow is a video routing and device orchestration application for peer-to-peer and mobile ad-hoc (MANET) networks. It streams live video between devices directly, and over B.A.T.M.A.N.-adv mesh radios and local nodes where those are present.

2. Alpha Status

MeshFlow is currently distributed as an open alpha. This is a pre-release build provided for evaluation and field testing. It may contain defects, may lose connections, and may change or remove behaviour between releases. Features are added and withdrawn without notice, and a future release may require you to update before you can connect to other users.

Do not rely on MeshFlow as a sole means of communication in any situation where a failure to communicate would cause harm. Carry an independent primary method.

3. Licence and Cost

MeshFlow is provided free of charge during the alpha. Every feature in the current release — including action camera control and pairing — is unlocked for all users, and this release contains no in-app purchases.

We may introduce paid tiers in a later release. Doing so will not retroactively charge you for a build you already installed. If and when in-app purchases exist, purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective store terms, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. You may not resell it, redistribute modified builds, or remove or obscure attribution or licence notices.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for what you capture, transmit, and share through MeshFlow.

  • Consent and law. Recording and transmitting video and audio of other people is regulated differently in different jurisdictions. Obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires. Do not use MeshFlow to record, transmit, or share material unlawfully.
  • Radio and spectrum. Operating mesh radio hardware — including Wi-Fi HaLow and B.A.T.M.A.N.-adv nodes — is subject to local spectrum regulation. Complying with it is your responsibility, not ours.
  • Network passwords. A MeshFlow network is protected only by the password you choose. Anyone you give it to can see every stream on that network. Choose a strong password for anything you want kept private, and treat the default default/default network as fully public.
  • Export and sanctions. You may not use the app in violation of applicable export control or sanctions law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use MeshFlow to harass, stalk, or surveil people without a lawful basis; to distribute unlawful content; to attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure or anyone else’s; or to relay traffic through our TURN relays for any purpose other than carrying your own MeshFlow media. We may block access to our cloud signaling and relay services in response to abuse. Because the app also runs entirely offline over local mesh, this affects cloud discovery only.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: your media never traverses our servers; when the device has internet access the app contacts our signaling service so peers can find one another, and what that connection carries is enumerated in section 4 of the policy.

7. Availability

The cloud signaling and TURN relay services are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment, and may be interrupted for maintenance or withdrawn. MeshFlow’s local mesh and peer-to-peer operation does not depend on them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

MeshFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any stream will be delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Overwatch Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, mission failure, network outage, hardware damage, injury, or loss of profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use MeshFlow — whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the alpha, is nothing) or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; where that is so, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect app changes or legal requirements. The current version is always published at https://totaloverwatchproductions.com/terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
